well i think it's up to interpretation on who's perspective the rap part is. personally I think it's not necessarily the abuser, but someone who went through the same thing as them and ended up with the same fate, and is now mocking them and society because no matter what it's a cycle that'll keep on repeating and no one is doing anything about it
