The thumbnail tho 😅 love to hear the scratching, the added texture of that , adds to the tingles. The ear rub also gave me tingles and the upward scratch of the neck and the scalp. And the nail scratch along the arms. I have used both combs on my back after a tight bra episode and it felt so good so i just know this must feel great
