I do dig pastel colored anything. Though I’ve never thought about it in regards to one’s personality or the perception we’d like to present by wearing such colors. Like you said, I think it’s largely subconscious. People are often quick to judge books by their covers. So even if the clothing we wear doesn’t match our vibe, are we still unconsciously trying to present a certain perception? Honestly, I’m just rambling at this point! 🤪 But you've given me much to think on!

Don't really think of it actually reflecting a personality type, but I do think the pastel colors do give off a bright out outfit setup without looking to bold like per say Magenta pink colorway on sneakers or clothes. Those 998 olive fire tho haha
