Thank you Annie, I really enjoyed that this Sunday morning. The twists were really effective on the hips. Just been surfing for the first the yesterday and going again this morning in Croyde, so good to compliment the body. Been doing your classes every morning the last two months and finally I've got what yoga is about!! It's really giving me a lot in my life- thanks for your style, you're great !!

I loved this flow and especially the way we set an intention for our practice sharing the energy created out into the world and setting an intention. I sent my energy to my nephew and his wife who are trying to conceive. One note, you missed the lizard position on the left (after humble warrior..) Love practicing with you Annie.I started with the 10 minutes gentle flow and am now up to the 40 minutes and my body feels good, mostly pain free. Even worked out some pain I developed in my right hip!! Keep the wonderful videos coming! Namaste.

I really enjoyed this flow. Thank you for your lovely videos. I really like your style as a teacher, and find how you explain the poses very helpful (such as which muscles to draw in, etc). It has helped me to understand the poses better and to develop my practice. Xoxo

This was nice! But just wanted to point out that you don't do the lizard pose on both sides (I believe it was missing with the left leg?).

Hi Lauren, thanks for your suggestion. Unfortunately due to licensing regulations it makes it really hard (or very expensive) so I have included a link in the description so that you can choose from my Spotify playlists :) I hope that helps x

I personally prefer no music, helps center the mind better during the practice. However, Lauren, what I sometimes do is open another window with a youtube clip of music of my choice and lower the volume in the window of that clip. Then you can hear the music turned down and it won't bother you to hear Annie. Good luck
