Firstly thank you very much for this wonderful episode. I am really delighted to know that Master Thich Nhat Hanh practices his meditation as "I arrived I am at home" .. its amazing that he does that way even though he is such an advanced meditator . .Great Guru

Hello from Toronto dear Brothers Phap Huu and Joe Confino. Thank you for, yet again, another touching lecture on Mindfulness and the beauty of the Master Thich Nhat Hanh. It is clear in my mind the morning when I first heard the monks and nuns sing the Mantra Avalokiteshvara. I still can hear the sound of the first note of the violin which felt it had gone deep into my heart, I was so deeply moved all I could do was cry and I did from the beginning to end of the chant. I don’t know what happened there, but I was never the same again! Thank you for bringing such beauty into my ‘home’. I will be forever grateful. I always wanted to know about the young nun violinist, thank you to you too! After years of therapy, I still ache from the physical, mental and emotional abuse I was subjected to by my own parents and sister. It seems I was not wanted. My upbringing was absolute hell. How do you heal from something like this, my poor inner child is forever in pain and frightened. I’m yet again receiving therapy for this ongoing problem, but I want to deal with it following the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh. Thank you 🙏

I found this was a very good podcast. What sister talked about the conflict and space, elephant in the room, different way of doing things. She was so honest about how they live together and practice. I learn a lot from sister. As we say kitchen is the heart of house but it is also a place of conflict. Specifically for ladies. Thanks for giving such a beautiful understanding. We can not be perfect all the time but we can practice mindfulness all the time. Thanks 🙏

This sharing about fear is helpful to me... I work with fear all the time and it is because of my past. Most people do not talk about fear so I used to think there was something wrong with me. But with Covid, I realized that most people in USA have no experience with fear or maybe they were avoiding it because they did not have to face it like some of us did, through wars and countries that have not very good rulers.

I spoke to my younger son a few days ago and he told me his older brother bullied him until he was 18. Their dad and I divorced when they were really young and they lived with him full time and I had some issues which didn’t help with their growing up years.

True, not judging our 'dark' emotions but learning to be with them like Thick Nhat Hanh says: like a mother holding her baby when her baby is crying and saying what wrong... so we need to be mindful with our frustrations and anger and not judge them - eventually what is underneath will emerge and we can heal it or tranform it. It is easier said than done but it is also worthwhile work! 💕

Good answer to distinguish between mindfulness vs right mindfulness... meaning being mindful for the sake of it and to free ourselves from all the programming and strengthen our Buddha Nature, or Holy Spirit or our true nature.

I really enjoyed listening to the podcast. You all sound so calm and smiling at each other. I loved each of you sharing the impact Mindfulness, Concentration, and Insight has on you. I am an artist, my whole life is a sequence of multidisciplinary creation. It seems to me that I am in meditation at the time of creation. Things happen without my prior planning. Everything is flowing and I am in a tremendous awakening. I practice breathing and am aware of the here and now. I have a question . The topic of the "Third eye" is very intriguing to me. Does it exist in the brain? Or just a definition for inner vision. I will continue to listen to your podcast. Thanks.
