It is not only the absolutely fantastic and „happy making“ voice of Jo and Brother Phap Huu - it is this wonderful simple but valuable content. Each podcast could be a wonderful lesson at any school. The young people learn math, history, chemistry… which is absolutely fine. But what is the intention behind it? If I look back at my school time, I gained everything to become a great economical contribution to society, but I haven’t learned anything about myself and how to deal with live. Buddhism in school should become an integral part of western culture. For me it has nothing to do with being religious, for me it is the truth about how to live a great life, where you are able to enjoy every single simple day!

It’s wonderful talk on slowing down. . I am from India , my teacher introduced me these teachings in yoga session . With tea story I have struggled a lot to have a cup of tea with ginger . I asked many , tasted many , everyone has their own taste ways of making …. I copied but it faded away . I longed to have tea with ginger . My neighbor made good tea I paid attention to learn she came to my kitchen n taught me . I learned slowly and enjoying tea I make … what learned embrace every tea ❤️ including mine .

A perfect cup of tea from my favorite teapigs earl grey strong. The oldest granddaughter pack the lovely tea in her filter to get more caffeine. I pointed to the blue flowers in the package. And how each leaf is picked by hand. The youngest granddaughter pick out the excess and ate a bit. Did she increase that appreciation of the tea? ❣️

wow, you're really upset because some people think it's ok to enjoy a cup of tea for 15 minutes without ruminating on everything past and future. If non stop activity is your thing, then go for it :) All the best! 🙏🏻

Too many people drink coffee & espresso. Not enough people drink tea, and fewer still know gong fu and drink good oolong and white teas.
