I always think cutting thing's completely out is sure way to trip yourself up, cut down have yourselves a Brie & craft beer night once a month and that way you get the best of both worlds. I’m 55 and gave up drinking completely almost a year ago, like you I love outdoors and wildlife, giving up drinking has hands down been the best gift I have ever given myself, good luck and look forward to more great content

My 2 sons fell into alcohol’s trap-however, both fought and beat the demon. Was the hardest thing they ever did. They’ve never looked back and are successful in their careers and family. Even so, they will both tell you that the thing they are most proud of is beating alcohol addiction. Get outside, work out, enjoy music, travel, hobbies-simply enjoy your life! No moment can ever be recaptured, so each must be cherished and lived to the fullest.

I turn 73 this next year and as I have done for the last few I start it off with toxin cleansing 21 day water and mineral fast. It isn't for everyone, but it resets my body. Nice vid mate and yeah,I have go e up a few cup sizes and will be hopefully sorting that 2025. Again,thanks for your great content throughout the year. Certainly made me get out and wild camp.
