I really like your all meditations. I do it everyday in the the morning about 6 am. It makes me feel relaxed energy all over my body. Vibration all over my body. Sometime I feel white light in my body. Thanks so much for your videos

Jab se meditation chhoda hai tab se Mann to bhut uncontrolled ho gaya hai, kuch bhi control m nhi hai aur galat aadaton ka shikaar hone laga hu aur ab... Day 1 and Day 2: 1. Started this meditation from yesterday 2. Trying to follow each step - difficult to concentrate as thoughts keep on coming and going 3. Today was better than yesterday - could partly do steps 3 and 4 4. There’s a feeling of grounding and peace Thank you Dr Prabhat!

Thanku very much sir, I really fighting with my thoughts, like career , family and unlucky in relationship or love, means daily life I face trauma and depression, it going to be 1 week , the changing are I have a control of myself.. but still I facing anxiety and feep thinking…but I am trying best to come over,,,

Sir I have mental depression but I have started meditation and I am feeling better in myself I thank you from the bottom of my heart it becomes difficult but I am controlling it with meditation and yoga and I thank you again Sir, I have a request to show some more videos, thank you

Today is my first day of meditation I really want to share my experience. Is there anyone who is interested in listening?. I have just completed my first session I suddenly felt am as light as a piece of paper. Initially I got scared what all is happening on a second moment I started enjoying that lightness in me. Now I feel like doing it again
