The only reason I am eating unconsciously is my exam stress.I usually study for an hour,take a break and is forced to eat something even if i dont want to.Btw your content is good.Can you make a video on how to actually stop caring so much about your future exam ranks.I usually spend a lot of time on that insead of actually studying.

I compulsively eat when I wake up in the middle of the night. I even installed a lock on the fridge to help
