I've read a lot of books on hypnosis. A brilliant one to understand it better is 'Hypnosis Without Trance' by James Tripp. Highly recommend the read.

Everyone who is addicted to something thinks whatever they're addicted to is by far the hardest addiction to manage

How about you stop talking nonsense and explain why you feel this way. Your idea is an opinion vs. backed up studies. And im sorry. But your reasoning says eating doesn't cause obesity or a healthy lifestyle. Please don't put yourself out there as some healt hack

Hey mate, I get where you are coming from and I appreciate this is a difficult message to hear. There is solid science backing the health benefits of Keto and Calorie Counting when followed correctly. I'm not disregarding science but rather highlighting the importance of individual accountability and personal responsibility in achieving health goals. I completely understand these methods are difficult for some to stick to, but that doesn't mean they don't work. Thinking "This diet doesn't work" reduces your ability to attempt the method again when your circumstances are different and your motivation or capability may be at a point where it could actually work for you. It is called creating a limited belief. I recommend watching the full video (linked) for a deeper explanation: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pXvNhXeKp5drqdE Hope this helps.

Your unconcious mind influences all of your thoughts, feelings and actions without you even being aware of it. To create change you need to work on those subconscious patterns. Sorry if it was unclear... If I had more time I would have gone into more detail 😅 Check out the linked video for more info

It's tricky to wrap your head around, but we all have a unconscious and subconscious mind that influences what we think without us even knowing. If we want to make a change you need to influence your unconscious to really make it happen. Check out the full vid for more 😊

Tracking calories is identical to tracking prices. Why people accept one and demonize the other says a lot about them.

I am glad I found this video. I am trying to keep the weight off, but nobody around me supports me, really. There is a lot of processed food in the house, and my whole family and extended family keeps eating the traditional diet of processed meat, bread, sweets, and junk food like chips. Chocolate milk, etc. Sugary stuff. It's VERY difficult.

Plenty that could go wrong i'm sure you can guess, but also plenty that could right if you bring more awareness to it. More consciousness equals more choice.

@jefflaurence_subconsciouscoach9 ай бұрын
Hahaha! They actually brought it up with me. They asked me to make a change because they saw how unhealthy I had become. We still had take out and junk food, I just had smaller portions or healthier alternatives. The change had to come from me, not them.

I don't identify as a food addict, I find I'm addicted to denial, detaching from reality so I don't feel my reality, or this way i dont acknowledge the consequences of my reality, which feels too far gone to recover from. Training my brain into thinking there isn't an issue. I don't feel embarrassed, or care about others opinions unless they add value to my life. But that keeps me happy, but also stuck in a perpetual cycle of denial, and a reality that is getting away from me.
@jefflaurence_subconsciouscoach9 ай бұрын
Addiction is just a useful way of thinking about the problem.. whether you are or not is not important.. though denial as you describe it here is a key component of addiction, so it does fit! 😃 Ultimately we don't get to know real reality, it is way beyond our perceptual capacity.. we only experience our own personal reality that we co-create with the world around us and inside of us.. The key question is, do you like the one you are living in and if you don't it might be time to co-create a new one! 💪

The way I see it, it's not your fault.. there could be a lot of emotional and environmental factors that make it difficult NOT to overeat BUT it is always your responsibility to try to eat a healthy amount.
