The fact that he dumps the contents of the carcass lut, before putting it back into the stock, so he ca. Preserve the delicate flavor in the juice of the lobster is next level intentionality. Its so beautiful

Well to be fair, Ramsey's style is more rustic. And he's also a three-star chef. If you ever go to his original restaurant on hospital road in London, the food there is very artistic as well. I read one of his interviews somewhere, and it said he'll never put those recipes on tv because they are impossible to replicate in an ordinary home. Then again, Allain Passard can make anybody in the world look like a one-star chef. LOL.
