Rania would have been a success if it weren't for their company. They had a famous American producer (who produced Dr Feel Good) backing them up until the company screwed up the relationship. He said the company was shady as hell. That's the truth really, you can never trust them since they have no issue lying their asses off. The way that they treated Alex Reid was just appalling. They've only used her to get international clout for Rania's comeback with the "Demonstrate" album but they just kicked her out once they didn't need or want her anymore. Pity that as they have such good songs. Anyway all the original members of Rania had already left. That shouldn't deter you from listening to their songs because most of them are really good. "Demonstrate" is definitely the bomb for me! You should listen and react to their MV! It's so good and so shamefully underrated! Alex raps in the song but does not appear in the MV. She only appeared in "Start A Fire" MV but to be honest the MV is pretty low-budget and bad. They didn't even get a real MV for "Beep Beep Beep". For "Make Me Ah" and "Breath Heavy", there's only stage performances. TLDR version: React to Demonstrate!! (My bias is Hyemi, I know you'll definitely notice her in the MV!)

RaNia is a complicated group. On one hand, they put out BOPS (I recommend: Style, Just Go, Pop Pop Pop, and Demonstrate) but on another hand, they just have had so many member changes with members always leaving and being replaced with new ones that it's hard to follow. The last 4 original members of RaNia left after Demonstrate so all the current members are new & Judy carrying the group name. Plus the ness that happened with Alex just made people not like their company. Their last song was in 2017 and they were supposed to make a comeback in 2018 but that never happened... So the future of the group is hazy but if they do make a comeback, at least I know it'll be good

You have a lot of misinformation. Their last comeback as RANIA was in 2015, while their latest comeback as BP RANIA or as group overall was in 2018. The one "carrying the group name" was Hyemi, Judy is a member of Blackswan. During the Demonstrate era they only had 3 original members (Darae, Taeeun & Jinyoung), not 4. The general public and the fans lost interest in them because all the original members left and DR Music was awful at managing and promoting them, that's about it.

Rania was one of those groups that was not only edgy, but was always dropping hits. Even though they haven't disbanded, the current Rania has none of the original members. And you are definitely right about the choreography, when this song first came out, the broadcast companies deemed it inappropriate, so they had to make changes to the choreo and even their outfits as well. Nowadays their outfits aren't that far off on what's considered acceptable, so they were pretty much ahead of their time in more ways than one. Rania was also one of the earlier female kpop groups to have foreign members (Thai, Japanese, Chinese). But unfortunately they kept losing members over the years, so their label started adding new members in later on. The last 3 remaining members from Rania's original debut lineup (Di, T-ae, and Xia) left sometime in 2016 after their "Demonstrate" comeback late 2015. Definitely a song worth checking out. Demonstrate is also the first song Alex, the member you were reading about, participated in as a new member, but she only appeared in the mv teaser, not the mv itself. But even she left the group not long after due to various issues of mistreatment with their label. For those who have followed Rania's career, it's a well-known fact that their label DR Music is terrible. Many projects and comebacks for Rania kept falling through, there were ongoing issues of mismanagement, mistreatment, lacking funds, etc. so it's easy to see why members would leave. Overall, it's a shame because all the members were very talented.

Omg I distinctly remember this making so much noise when it came out! They were infamous for this! Heechul would always mention this song everywhere in his radio show back then. LMAO. But yeah, the English version is deeply embedded in my memory, especially the “strap me down into my chair” line. 😅

The group has seen its fair share on controversy and are victims of poor management. The group also have a list of former members, as well as trainees that subbed in for members that can be overwhelming. (If you want to learn about the group I suggest the Wikipedia page. I know Wikipedia can be sketchy with info, but RaNia's page has always been right) I would love it if you could react to more of their songs! Two fun facts about two members. Former member Jooyi (2011-2015) actually was supposed to debut in 2ne1, she has since re-debuted as a soloist known as "Cosmic Girl" and has done songs with Mamamoo's Solar. Former member Yoomin (2016-2018) actually was married to former ToppDogg member P-Goon and the two have a child together. However, the two have since divorced and Yoomin is raising the baby on her own

you finally coming around to all these legends lol :) rania has pretty good songs (original members to 2015 demonstrate era) and their stages are awesome as well (I love their fancams for the army performances). after their original members all left after demonstrate, they pretty much went downhill. you also can't really see in this dark and grainy video, but they got some serious lookers in this group. since they are a lower tier group, their mv budgets aren't that high, but just go, style, and demonstrate are pretty good. their dream concert performance for killer is pretty good too. you probably should check out their live stages, preferably a stationary full pan ones.

the members during this era(debut) are Saem, Riko, Jooyi, Joy, Di, T-ae, Xia. i think their other song that had the closest vibe to this would be Masquerade which was also a song from their debut era.... no mv, just performances but worth a watch definitely. then again i'm not sure since i stopped following their stuffs after Riko(my fav) went on hiatus n eventually left.... actually, i stopped bothering much to watch their perfs since Style even though Riko was taking the main vocalist role at that time(due to Jooyi's hiatus) since i'm not a fan of that song. actually i like Pop Pop Pop too.... it may not be as cool n edgy as this n a brighter song... but it's fun n they seem to had fun on stage too.

This song was dirty. The hook has Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This) all over it but hey they still did that. Definitely check out Rania's 'Demonstrate' MV for something more recent. That song slaps and has girlcrush for days... Alex also dropped bars on that one but sadly wasn't in the MV.

The main producer for this song actually worked a lot with Gaga. Their next song after debut "Masquerade," was actually given to Gaga, but she rejected it and the song wad then given to RaNia. This song was also given to Gaga, but she felt that it wasn't on brand with her image
