The "kids party" is basically Dara having a Jollibee Kids Party with 2ne1. Dara lived in the Philippines and had an acting career before she was a trainee in Korea. Jollibee is THE restaurant beating McDonalds to give you a context. Jollibee is a pop culture icon in the Philippines and the mascot usually dances in kids parties. If I remember correctly it was a Jollibee vs Minzy dance battle

it's really lacking a looooot of 2NE1TV. if you can find a best of 2NE1TV, please check it out. you can see way more of their personnalities, like how direct and shamelessly cute is minzy, how funny is bom, how dara just does the weirdessst things, or how cute is CL. The contrast between their more adorable personalities & their badass stage presence is what got most of the fans in the early days!
