I think most people need to be on low hormone therapy as they get older for quality of life. First try all natural ways, healthy eating , adepuate sleep, exercise and natural testosterone supplements to see if it helps. Most people eat s#@$, hardly move, smoke w@@# etc and expect miracles. Working in the retail supplement business I have encountered folks on Trt and folks who go naturally. If natural ways don't do it I think Trt is definitely worth doing. While I myself prefer natural ways and a healthy lifestyle I have not heard of any real issues with TRT. I know customers who do it and they live life to the full. It is a game changer. Doctors are still reticient to prescribe it I guess due to medical studies. I think going foward almost everyone will be on hormone support of some sort as it allows people to live a better quality life. The doctor I believe is really telling it like it is. I think we have to change our perception on hormone therapy. A quality of life where you can function with gusto rather than straggling along in your later years is a better way to live.

@@trembling3674 I decided to try TRT after a couple years of not knowing why I was depressed, not able to keep the muscle I was building, problems with ED, things like that. I watched vids from more plates more dates, Greg D, and another TRT optimization channel, and after getting tested at 300 and even lower, it was an easy decision. I didn't really try a lot to increase my levels naturally because it wasn't as practical for me to adjust my diet etc as some other people might be able to, so it was really my only option. I'm in my late 30s, but I was around 185 lbs 5'10 at 15% bf. After 6 months on, I'm 192 lbs at 14% bf (roughly of course). All of my depression and ED is gone now, and I feel great. TRT or juicing??? TRT is a medical regime of hormone therapy for a clinically diagnosed endocrine problem that is impacting negatively on your life. The problem is many like yourself appear a little confused about what TRT actually is and think it's something you just wake up one day and decide to do because you feel a bit shit. Many people take testosterone for reasons that are not legitimate TRT but they label it as TRT. Low testosterone is hugely detrimental to a man's health.

So for instance, if you lose your job and health insurance and lose the funds to continue use of TRT you go down a very shitty road where you can no longer get your TRT treatments and you can no longer produce it yourself. This information is great and all, but this won't help if your doctor simple wont care about the fact that your Test is low most of the time from a sexual function aspect. I am patient of one of the best endocrinologists in the country since i became medically dependant on TRT. Not a single time did i have any decent sexual desire, my serum test is usually between 800 and 450 ng/dl with SHBG 32 nmol/l during the intervall and he says there is something wrong with me that i can barely function in a reproductive aspect. I cant get any HCG "because it only matters for getting your wife pregnant" even though there are countless anecdotes that small HCG in addition to TRT gets rid of libido issues. Before TRT I was horny AF like most of the time except when i was too stressed for some days. Any advice? I even provided studies and articles to confirm what I am saying, but that gets blatantly ignored.
