I read an article this morning about high protein fruit. The article listed 8 different fruits. One of the higher protein ones had 2.3g of protein per cup. I'd only have to eat 76 cups of that fruit to get my daily protein intake. 😂. Who writes these articles?!

Rice cake with natural peanut butter and greek yogurt on it, Costco canadian bacon slices with dubliner cheese and dates, these are pretty much the only "snacks" i eat. I always get my protein and fat for the day. If i dont get enough protein or fat i will have cravings, carbs font really matter too much, as long as i get enough prootein and fat, its hard to go overboard on the carbs, unless i go way over my calolries for the day.

Listening on the podcast version and just started but just coming here to comment.... Yes! This is the topic that I've been waiting for! I struggle most with figuring out what to eat! And often times it leads me to bad choices. Would love to see more topics like this to help people like me. It's been a daily struggle trying to figure out how I'm going to get my protein intake. And I just seem to forget all the different options I have. I'm terrible at prepping so yes that is part of it. But maybe I just need more encouragement and more specific ways on how to prepare and add snacks throughout the day that's high protein.

I always watch your videos, and I love how besides the scientific information, you guys always provide useful info about other topics. However, what really amazes me is seeing how you’re always incorporating messages about the Bible. Thank you for not being afraid of sharing the message of God, and thanks a lot for the amazing content. I feel very encouraged to continue with my fitness goals and your info is very useful!

I make beef jerky on my smoker as well. Costco sells thinly sliced NY Strip, it makes EXCELLENT jerky. I always make it before long drives so we can have a good snack while driving.

The hand comb! I forgot about that! Every liquor store in the '90 sold them, some of them even had the three flowers hair gel/grease with it. Cholo gangster starter pack 😏😄

Operation paper clip by Annie Jacobsen is similar to the book Justin is talking about but talks more about how the government recruited Nazis to work and live in the US.

Not gonna lie, I love snacking lol. I just make sure my snacks has a good amount of protein and that I’m still hitting my calorie count just like mentioned on this video. I just recently shared my journey on my page on getting to 11.9% body fat and also one tasty snack I made everyday to get more protein to help me lean out

The older son in the prodigal son parable is my biggest critique of Christianity. If a person is only doing the right thing to seek reward or to avoid punishment, they're not a good person, they're just compliant. The carrot and the stick approach to morality doesn't make good people so much as it makes compliant people.
