This episode brings up so many bad memories. I’m glad I’m no longer in that place and got myself clean and healthy. As good as the feeling is from using, nothing feels better than not stressing everyday about your next fix and getting sick.

I'm 9 years sober. It's was the greatest thing I ever did for my kids, wife and also myself. I can only imagine the shit storm that my life would be if I hadn't quit drinking. If I can do it then so can everyone else. Good luck to anyone struggling to get on the wagon and stay there.

Thanks for this episode. Been following Brad Jenson for years and never knew his story. Cried tears as a mother, listening to his story about the day of his grandfather's funeral. Great episode!

Wow!!! I remember that life… I swear that God put the passion for fitness in my life because that has been one of the things that’s helped me in my sobriety more than anything. 9 years clean and sober Thank you Lord

My father is celebrating 20 years sobriety soon, he quit drinking when I was 9. He was really good at hiding it from me, I was also just too young to know it wasn’t normal. All through my teens I got to hear stories and observe how much of a conscious effort he had to make to get sober. Has made me a much better man than I would have been otherwise. He made a gracious recovery so I would never have to.

God bless you! I watched my boyfriend get sober. His story is a lot like yours. Literally started my day with tears flowing hearing about your mom’s experience with you in the car. I know that feeling. It’s important to keep sharing. Sobriety can happen ❤️

My addiction is gambling 😢and I have thought many times about checking out! My family is the only thing keeping me from doing it. I feel like gambling is even worse than drugs. No one can see if I just lost $5000.00 that I couldn't afford to lose. You don't pass out or overdose. It's a very lonely addiction.

"Sorry bro your life's never guna be the same". Man it makes me so angry that people bring others down with them by giving it to a newbie. So selfish.

If the answer provided in this video isn't LSD then there is more than one way to get sober. A single large dose of LSD literally cured my alcoholism after losing my liver to it. I was drinking anywhere from 1 to 2 liters of 80 proof vodka almost daily. After the LSD it was like a switch flipped and I no longer had any cravings/desire for alcohol. I've been sober 6 years now and just ran my first half marathon last month.

I don’t know what it’s like to be addicted to a hard drug. And I’d be scared to find out. I have a very addictive personality. Whether it be a substance or a hobby. It was very hard for me to kick nicotine and I still haven’t been able to kick caffeine. I could only imagine how hard it would be if I got addicted to a hard drug. I’m not sure I could ever get out.

Adam on roids and pot laughing in the face of being addicted. Sal finds god and does roids and ketamine 😂😂😂😂😂😂 confusion with all the contradictory content 😂😂😂😂😂😂 at least Justin has always been open and honest about his cheese addiction 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 just wondering if this dude injects roids being an ex addict seems like a big no-no in my opinion
