It’s always hard when @AttachmentAdam is explaining your life story while thousands of people are listening. It’s always good to know that you have the ability to fix things moving forward. Thanks Mind Pump! Looking forward to future installments.

Oh my god. Y’all continue to force me grow. I’ve heard it during hard workouts, “break the wall”. This videos was that for me mentally. I’ve been “surviving” as he mentioned, living paycheck to paycheck, weekend to weekend, without the ability to see past that. This is literally the exact thing I needed to hear today. I can’t even begin to express my gratitude for this show. And here you are, gifting it to the world for free. Much love, I can’t wait to hear what comes next!

9:22 this truly hit my heart. This was honestly shocking how you described my life. I was born and mom had to get to work in less than a month because I we were poor. I was left with my aunt who would always yell at me and push me. She would talk crap about my parents and all remember is crying and being silent. I remember trying to be the perfect kid and silent so I would get abused or yelled at. Thank you for this series. I can’t wait to learn and fix my emotional issues. 🤍

This is so great. Attachment styles is such a critical component of wellness and health as it influences the decisions around all of the relationships in our lives - and life is about people and relationships.

Thank you for creating this series. What Adam says completely makes sense as to why I can't stick to one thing long term, and everything I feel on the inside. I have been working with my therapist on this a little bit, but not enough. There is a whole lot of self worth issues going on. I look forward to the rest of the series.

I researched attachment theory a few years ago (stemming from a serious family tragedy), very interesting theory but I don't subscribe to all of it but some of it certainly resonates with me. There are three types; anxious ambivalent, anxious avoidant & anxious disorganised.

After I started studying psychology I realised how important attachment is to everything that happens your life. Realising you have a disorganised attachment when you're 50, like I did, can change the way you enter the world every day there in. Well done guy's❤️❤️❤️ PS: I'm still working on becoming Wonder Woman😃

This is for anyone who’s knowledgeable.I went from 126 to 135 in two weeks. No dirty bulking. Is there a concern that I’m gaining too fast…even though gaining is the goal. I want to be 145.
