This is the mistake I did. I was adding more glute exercises with the maps program I follow like 4 sets of heavy hip thrusts, cable abductions and RDLs on top of the maps and I wasn't making a lot of progress. Also, on top of that my body is already under stress with a stressful job, stressful life, trouble sleeping and not staying hydrated. The hydration issue is mainly 3 days a week due to busy job. I would be sore for days and it would hurt to sit down and stand up. I no longer add exercises, I just follow the maps program as is now for the last 2 mos

Question 3 was the best of them all ! As a PT who started from the box gym /chain style to independent freelance - The one type of service next to weight loss, that is highly requested and always in favor of, is any type of correctional exercises. I saw this continuously from the Middle age to as low as 30s and '20 year olds. Nutrition would be my second high point that I would focus on mostly, but correctional know-how is invaluable. Client retention is a lot higher in that department also.

I personally have seen more growth training glutes moderately heavy twice a week and then a mini trigger session a bit heavier than my moderate weight, or even when I feel like I want to focus more on form and time under tension with lighter weight slow and controlled

This channel has been the best content. A mix of everything fitness, every day challenges, and questions. The mixture makes this channel more addictive to listen from start to finish. These are my favorite for my workouts or morning podcast if I missed it when it came out. I have improved the way I look at fitness. I am lucky. I get picked on throughout my life for being "tiny" and "skinny" by my fat people circle. But fail to realize my mindset is different. So I brush it off but it sad that it is socially acceptable. But how dare j throw shade back 😅. My heart appreciates it. FYI Alaska Northern Light company helps with the light therapy.
