This stretch is awesome! Helped relieve my elbow pain within a few days!

I did this stretch for two days in a row and my tennis elbow went away. The stretch up through the shoulder and the moving the stick up and down. Ortho doc suggested an elbow strap which I tried using for a couple week and got no real relief. Thank you greatly for this help!

Yeah, I find elbow straps only useful when exercising with heavy weights. I feel less pain the next day when I'm wearing my straps but for the constant pain, they are of no help.

I've tried nearly everything for my elbos Pain, there's so many videos on youtube, but with this there was instant relief. Can't believe it works so well only after a couple of days. It would be good to get some guidance on frequency, sets, reps etc.

Simply magical! I have been fighting for years with a pain in the breachioradialis and in two days I solved it with this technique! One of the few times that I find a video that really helps. Thanks!

@mindpumpjustin I love you for this!! Am doing these every day with my maps prime primer exercises ( shoulder dislocates) to ease my elbow pain. I sit at a desk all day, so my forearms are super tight. This exercise has really helped. Love the rotation 🎉

I don't understand why you would do this? If you have tennis elbow for example all know that there's microfiberic tears in that tendon so why would we stretch it more to cause more tearing??? Wouldn't you want to lengthen the flexors and strengthen the extensors? I could be wrong but wouldn't that make sense.

i get elbow pain just doing back pulldown or pull ups. It's stupid because i would just do 1 or 2 before i quit. I know people say no pain no gain but in no way am i going to do pullups and feel like someone stabbing my elbows constantly. It's just horrible

hi my elbow pain alot when i do bowling in cricket, it doesnt pain when i dont ball but it does while bowling, i will do this exercise from today. i am very frustrating, do u think it really help?
