I’ve been using the wall test to strictly assess clients without realizing I can use it to prime before a workout. Great content as always. Thank you!

I haven't watched this video yet but just wanted to say that new videos in this series is what I look forward to the most on KZbin at the moment. I'm in a similar situation (detrained) and got back into the gym about 4 weeks ago. Keep it up!

Watching Adam do the priming movement for his shoulders against the wall was super helpful. It gives me an idea of what I should expect to be able to do at full function. And his explanation of why it is so crucial to be able to retract your shoulders in order to activate your chest muscles was really enlightening. Thank you for doing this series, I'm learning so much.

You should do weekly weight/physique updates even if just a picture. I know you’re not excited about physique right now but it will help everyone relate and also see the changes and get invested in the process

I love your GT3 RS, Adam! Is it a manual? I have a 2016 GT4 that I'm going to hold on to for a very long time, I'm not interested in the direction that car companies are taking nowadays

Good info and or video. I know Adam has a pectoral muscle injury from the past and may be the reason he is not getting full extension by touching the dumbbells to his chest on each rep.

I know you said you will do day 6 at home. Can you show how you do windmills? I’m wrapping up Maps 15 right now, and when I get to windmills, I really struggle on one side. The videos in the portal are good, but it’s been awesome getting to hear all your thoughts as you go through each exercise. Thanks!

@@nicholasmartinez6043 yeah. When I’m bending down to the left side, it feels fine and ROM is good. I try the right side and my whole body is just stuck like it can’t move that way. Weird. Was hoping to see him talk about it and a regression would be great.

As weight increases on the overhead presses, will there be less wrist extension? This looks like a lot more than I was taught/than I prefer for myself.

I hear a rattle in your breathing every day. I know you have asthma. Does that affect your workouts at all? Any dizziness? I don’t have asthma but sometimes I overexert or don’t breathe properly and get dizzy.

@MindPumpAdam I'm on mounjaro glp1 for 2 years. Lost 200 pounds from 480 lbs to 280 lbs. I've learned so much from you guys that have helped me tremendously. I'm eating about 200g of protein, but I do need whey protein shakes to get there. I use weighted carries 4 times a week as a workout. I learned from your video to do rows properly and that I need those stretches you did to get deep in squat position.

That’s exactly right . That’s how I got here . Prioritizing my time in all my business’s that gives the company the greatest ROI. It’s not about paying me more or less money dummy . It’s about scaling a business and this is by far not the best way to use my time . The time I spend on this can be spent on a multitude of other parts of the company that will create more revenue . More revenue at this point doesn’t go in my pocket . It allows me to build more departments and create more jobs for people and families .
