I want to see a docu series where Adam, Sal, and Justin, take on a typical avatar client and transform them using MAPS programing and nutrition advice.
@dmm3124Ай бұрын
I volunteer for that. I am 52 years old and returned to the gym yesterday. My last trip to the gym was in January. I am back at the pre-phase of MAPS Anabolic.
@annewatkins9187Ай бұрын
I think they already are doing this with the GLP1 ppl. There's approx 50 ppl on this that they are working with. I am sure we'll get updates, but maybe not video.

Above all, I am really loving the little form cues. I scour the catacombs of KZbin daily to look back at old videos/shorts of creators I follow, just for little one-off form tips and techniques because you ALWAYS need to stay learning. This really helps that endeavour!

I’ve also been nursing some shoulder/posture weaknesses and just finished up Maps Symmetry and was looking for my next program. I definitely lean towards overtraining so was considering Maps 15. Crazy coincidence that Adam was starting this transformation so I’ll follow day by day. Excited to see the results

I tried to tell my trainer to write a book on our workouts together as we have 200+ logged together. I was pitching this idea that you sell it obviously as a program for the duration of an entire year but also have commentary from both trainer and client perspective on the phases. You can have the trainer explain corrective exercises during times and what the client was doing to provoke those changes. What the client was feeling during certain intensity phases or physiological hurdles with a heavy squat so blank and blank was implemented. So it is more than a program(all though that is why most people will buy it) but it is also a "how to apply" for new trainers or trainers that don't understand how to adjust/progress their knowledge through application. Anyway, this series reminds me of that... show the workout, why this is what is programmed, form tips on the movements, what the client feels(like Adam's understanding of rolling his shoulder as he fatigues), and etc. You guys should run with something like that... not just a blueprint but a fucking HOW TO & WHY from all angles. I think with you guys would crush a book like that.

I did yesterday’s vlog today in the gym and it was great. The face pulls were perfect for priming the chest. I’m carrying a front delt injury on the left and yesterday was the first day back on dumbbell chest press. Got them nice and deep but didn’t go heavy, it was all about the form. ❤

So, while I understand he is doing a MAPS 15. It doesn't look like much of a workout. But it does look intense and very focus driven. So I love it. I also think the idea with Justin doing his own. I think Sal needs to jump on this as well and do one. But he should do it with his number one client DOUG. Then all of you guys together, like the forming of the Avengers or Endgame. Working out... each day, someone else will take the lead and watch you guys talk shit to each other while showing us and the younger generation how to work out and talk shit but having good form and technique.... You're welcome for that last idea. 😅😅😅
