Tantra is originated , developed , theorised as well as practised in India (the country with most scientific , nature oriented , deep thinking culture) so if you want to go to depth you can refer ancient Indian texts , I would suggest that plz go in depth as there are many aspects to it

I heard someone close to her say she had been taking Xanax for sleep and was also drinking excessively. She tried to quit both cold turkey and it caused severe suicidal ideation, which can happen with Xanax when you don't taper over months. Which is really really important to do with anything that messes with neurotransmitters. Bless her and anyone not in their right mind due to chemical imbalances for whatever reason. Always reach out if you feel off and visit a crisis center if you need to. I had to do that myself a few months ago and it absolutely saved my life.
