I have been with The Art of Living with Sri Sri Ravi Shankar in New Jersey for 12 years now. Guruji states in one of his meditation tapes that the mind or self (meaning the universal knowledge is not inside the body but outside). I agree after meditating and doing their breathing techniques for 12 years now, however, being a martial artist for 17 years now I have experienced that not only is the knowledge there and outside of us BUT THE POWER, ENERGY AND OUR POTENTIAL IS RIGHT AROUND US DAILY. I have been mediator from the age of 14 having come into several Gurus starting with J Krishnamurthi. I loved Gurudev's explanation of what constitutes the art of meditation. Wow! Sri Sri is doing this too. The third-eye power manifestation. I am a Swami Nithyananda follower. I respect Sri Sri. Our Guru does this third-eye power demonstration (mentioned by vishen lakhiani at 22.16) normal for all age people. Swami Nithyananda does that for adults in a two-way zoom call through His acharyas.
