At 9:00 ... OMG, that man is so totally oblivious to his world! She says "Look next to you" and he looks at her, who is technically next to him. Then he simply follows her, without ever seeing the bear. A missed Darwin event if I have ever seen one.

The guy was obviously worried about the child she immediately grabbed and thought that something was wrong with it. A little bit more communication from the wife would be super helpful in this case. Maybe something like: "There's a bear!" or "Look there!" *finger pointing* or maybe even "Dang honey, I didn't knew you invited guests today!".
