Hi Stuart! I hope you are well. I also use doodling as an aid to help me make it through my panic attacks. At times I'll try to produce something more structured but find myself stressing out even more. The act of truly sitting and doodling with no agenda is such a great panic reliever! I've also started adding background music as well.... however, only instrumental for me while in the throws of an attack. I was very pleased to see your video.
