While in a brewing room, sure, it’s not as practical as just a water source block, but damn if this isn’t a funny way to flex on your friends. “Y’all got a water source block? Ha! Peasants! I got a moving cauldron!”
@Simon-me9fh
@Simon-me9fh 4 жыл бұрын
While a water source is easier, a cauldron usually fits a room far better when it comes to aesthetics.
@TedTheFatCat
@TedTheFatCat 4 жыл бұрын
You can also use a comparator to detect when the cauldron is empty and activate the refill mechanism that way. The redstone is not as compact but I think is a better choice for a brewing room.

I know this video has been out for a while but I like the simple Redstone builds. You can't really find that many KZbinrs doing simple. It's all 1 million drops a minute.... I don't have time to build those crazy farms. For me BEST BEDROCK FARM BUILDER on KZbin. Thank you and keep it up!

What I've been trying to figure out is if I put a dripstone lava farm up and have the cauldrons on top of hoppers with buckets in them, then attach those to a furnace system, could I create an auto fuel source connected up to my super smelter using lava?
@kuleguy2010
@kuleguy2010 2 жыл бұрын
And if it could be done, could it be done in java? My logic is that if I can get the hoppers to lock then I can keep an empty bucket in them which would fill with the lava once the cauldron filled up, I could then activate a redstone signal, unlocking the hopper and dropping the lava bucket into the furnace
