Decided to test this out with a local account (Using my MS account for the needed services) One thing I noticed is it would "Auto-Link" your MS Account to the computer itself along with the other apps using it

that's the store that does that not the launcher. the store needs to be logged in with the account that's allowed to download the game so the game can check your license

Hey I have windows 7 and I have paid Minecraft but i want to play it on my windows 7 is there any way like maybe if this doesn't work any other thing I can do

You cannot play bedrock edition on Windows 7.

Is there a way to log in to the microsoft account without logging it into windows ? Something like prism launcher does

Minecraft (the game) uses your store login to decide if you have a license to use the game. Make sure the store is logged into your microsoft account that has legal access to play the game, and your xbox app is logged into the account you want to play with.

i already donwloaded the run time and vc but still getting the pop up asking to download net desktop run time 8.0 or above

then you need to get the desktop runtime 8.0. we recently did an update from 6.0 to 8.0
