One time, when I was playing Minecraft in survival mode, I completely ran out of materials. I had nothing. There was no hope. I remember I was looking at the sun set while this exact track was playing, knowing what the night would bring. I knew my death awaited me. Once the light was no more, I could see the creepers, zombies, and skeletons slowly making their way towards me. It was my end. This happened 7 years ago. It was the last time I ever played Minecraft. Thank you C418 for making my last moment in Minecraft not only memorable, but meaningful.

There have been rumors that this Minecraft movie starring Jason Momoa would be live action, which would probably suck, and it’s probably not even happening. But the OST for the most famous game of all time also has the potential to be a jaw dropping score, and this is exactly what I imagined Clark should sound like. It's been on my mind that the mystery of C4-18's compositions combined with the unprecedented success of the game, and the cultural and nostalgic significance of how it has connected people demands a cinematic awakening for the franchise, if done so delicately right. This rendition is incredible, not just for the orchestra, but for the swell of the choir to rally soldiers to defend the overworld from evil. It gives heavy Lord of the Rings vibes, and thats how it should be done. Beautifully animated but true to the visuals and nature of the game without looking cringe. Professionally scored, and thoughtfully written. I want it to make people ball their eyes out because it's riddled with the emptiness and loneliness of old minecraft and yet crescendoes into a climax involving multiple factions fighting for love and prosperity, and ultimately for the truth of their origins, and the real universe outside of minecraft. And it should absolutely end with a monologuing of the credits poem by Julian Gough.

Dammit, I was working on Clark synthesized Violin cover. Maybe I will finish it. Sounds great. I like these "East" feeling in beginning (until ~ 1:30) and choral line after it. But the transition between it feels kinda disbalanced, in my humble opinion. Still nice work.
