5:00 I think that was a cultural difference thing :) At least here in Finland, and most likely our neighbours Swedes do the same: when we tell list of numbers like that to someone, we say them one at the time and wait the other person to repeat it to make sure they got it right. Iskall wasn't being slow, he was waiting Jordan to repet the three and since he didn't hear anything, he himself repeated because he assumer Jordan didn't hear it in the first time :)

The code and code 2 are still 2 of my FAVORITE maps ever. Honestly, I remember thinking at like 14/15 that it was a MARVEL of minecraft energy, and it still is!

I actually think the idea was you'd finish the parkour and view the solution from above and not below, and that's why it was backwards, cause they were looking for the wrong side (same reason a mirror "reverts" text)

To answer your question at 39:44: Before 1.7, adventure mode only prevented breaking blocks _without the correct tool._ Lanterns don't require a pickaxe, but the other blocks on the map do.

I'm the 5th number's channel. Changed my name from MineIrCraft (which in my Lithuanian language means MineAndCraft) to Darius Plays. I still make videos after 9 years :D I remember when the map creator reached for me and asked me to put the code into it. He was shocked that KZbinrs replied to him. He was very happy and thankful! He said it was an honor to collaborate with KZbinrs with thousands of subscribers (I had ~20k at that moment). After 9 years his map is still played by KZbinrs of millions of subscribers. Proud of him! Those were the early and nostalgic days of Minecraft and KZbin :)

Holy crap I remember watching this when it came out in 2013. I was 11. Now I’m 19, almost 20 and on my own in college. Time is weird. I remember being absolutely flabbergasted at how this map worked and astonished it was able to work like this. It was the first map I tried to download myself, but of course not knowing how to do so downloaded a bunch of viruses and had to reset my computer. Good memories. Thanks for replaying this Jardon!

I went through a whole journey in this video lol I've watched many videos with iskall in it but I've never ventured over to iskalls channel. And I've always been like "hmm wonder where he's from cause that accent sounds familiar. " then in this video when saying "no" to Jordan he said "nej" multiple times and It hit me in the face cause I've been learning Swedish for like 3 years now and I'm 99% certain iskall means something like "ice cold" and I've just been like "huh wonder where's he's from" when the answer has been staring me in the face for years 🙃 Update iskall just translated something in Swedish and I feel ever more like silly. More of a fool than jardon 😭😭

Thefantazio974 was a French KZbinr that contribute a lot in making France discover Minecraft. That's how I heard about the game for example. He was the biggest Minecraft KZbinr in France, making videos with his friend Boblennon, creating with him the channel "Fantabobgame" Sadly, he stopped making videos years ago, and everyone was really sad about it. Fortunately we still have Bob providing content even if not on Minecraft anymore, on the channel renamed "Boblennon"
