for anyone trying to attempt the build now and is struggling with the base: at 0:53, it's 4 blocks in between. you can count how many spaces are between by counting the FULL rectangles between each pillar. for 0:54, it's 5 blocks between. and the next one is 4 blocks in between. for 0:57, it's one long pillar at each corner of the wall. skip one block before placing down the next pillar. then skip two places before placing down the next. then at the wall's end, you copy the pattern used at the wall's start. for 1:01, instead of 7 blocks between, it's 5 blocks. (you can count the full rectangles to see how many blocks) for 1:03, it's 4 blocks in between. for 1:12, it's 6 blocks down and 6 across. (if you count each row/column in full) ty for the tutorial, its a beautiful house

Ok, tutorial is nice, but I have few issues: - sometimes space size between elements contains the element and sometime not (for example pillons on ground level - when it say 7 or 6 it means it's together with the pilon) - the side of wall from the 1st minutes it's not the final size of the building - shame because I did not expect that and I have found a hill where it fits but then in 1:12 it comes out the building will be bigger ?! Would be good to show plan for entire building Besides that - very good looking building - good job!

No it is 7 and 6 but he is including the blocks so the block you place first till the next one he isn’t counting the spaces he’s counting it itself if that makes sense lol but spaces would 100% make it easy

For anyone NEW watching: recount the bottom layers of the bricks by its bottom line that's vertical. The bottom dark lines are 1 per block, double check with your build and take your time.

It's stupidly complicated to follow if the instructions are not even shown or good... In many moments, you can’t clearly see where he’s placing blocks, and he doesn’t mention which blocks he’s using and a lot of numbers are wrong : - At 11:55, the camera angle is literally 90 degrees, making it very hard to see where the logs were placed. Same for 12:16, you can't see there's the logs - All the pillars on the brick foundation outside have inconsistent spacing compared to what’s shown in the video. At 0:53, there’s 4 blocks of space, then 5, then 4 again-not 6-7-6 as shown. - At 0:57, the camera angle makes it almost impossible to see the height of the first pillar on the left. It's 5 block height then 4 on all of them then 5 again at the end. - At 1:01, the spacing is 6 and 5 blocks-not 7 and 6 as demonstrated. - At 1:53, on the outside stairs, he left a hole underneath, which ended up allowing zombies and skeletons to spawn inside. - He often switches locations, making it hard to tell which wall or side of the build he’s working on. I have to closely examine every small detail to figure out where he transitions to the next part.
