Hey you know it all makes sense. Throughout the original Minecraft the ended eyes used to open the portal to the end were called,”eye of ender” and in this game we saw “the heart of ender” And we never knew what “the ender” was until now. Just like terraria, “eye of Cthulhu” and “brain of Cthulhu”

@@emileemile7451 my theory is that the enderlings are native to the end, and that the old builders tried to merge themselves with them to be better adapted to the environment. The name endersent was kind of weird to me, but I think it can be explained by saying they were simply sent in as tests and were further disfigured as a result, with any experiments done to bring them back making things worse. I'd love to be wrong and to have endermen be their own thing, but as far as Matpat's theories go, I think this one is probably the most believable

It’s literally called the heart of ender. That’s what it is. Much like the eyes of ender, it’s a body part, meaning that a long time ago Ender was some eldritch horror that somehow was torn apart by something that wanted it dead. It didn’t die and now it’s trying to influence and corrupt everything with evil magic.

the first part might be referencing the bible. in Genesis, it says, in the BEGINNING, everything was DARK and VOID. the end is a void and it is dark. the ender men are intelligent beings as well and from this piece of content there is definitely way more story in inmincrafy

In the canon prequel novel, The Rise of the Arch-Illager, it is shown that the Orb gives the Arch-Illager the ability to have an overhead view of the mainland, and at one point he has the idea to use this ability to make a map, since, as the narrator puts it, he “had access to the view of a bird”. The Orb of Dominance (which is sentient if you didn’t know) then responds with, “The view of a god”. I’m not saying this means that the Orb/Heart of Ender is a literal god, but I think it implies that the Heart was originally the ruler of its own the dimension, either the End or a fourth dimension that the endermen use to teleport, which has been confirmed to exist by a developer.

We need a easy way to get to some lore soooo.... I'm gonna have to do it. (start) In the original Minecraft, The Ender Dragon found scattered pieces of The Orb off Dominace, collected them all and put them together, and the Orb used the same effect it did to the Arch-Illager, and when the Player killed the Dragon, the Orb was contained in the Egg, the Player took it, not knowing what was inside, It opens up, and explodes itself upwards, to keep itself away, Using it's only explosion power, years later the Arch-Illager finds it, then the Player has to go fight the Arch-Illager, winning, the Orb turns into the Heart of Ender, and then losing, it explodes, And puts itself together super quickly, the Arch-Illager reclaims it, but the Orb couldn't control itself, exploding, and more years later, the Admin (from story mode) finds it, and the Orb gets claimed again, it still can't control itself, and brakes, the Admin finds out about it, and leaves, the Orb gets hidden by the Player, and gets found by the Endermen, then the Endermen go bring it to the End, and then the Endersects come out, and then the Endermites, the player finds the Eyes of Ender, and goes to the End, finding The Heart of Ender again, it goes into void, and comes out, as the Giraffe-like, Vengeful Hear of Ender, you beat it, and the Orb explodes, awakening the Aceint Gaurdian, the Player beats it, and the Orb is down.

dude why the hell would you say the DRAGON (which isnt even present in this dlc) who has no hands or opposable thumbs would go searching out these remnants in the overworld, bring them back to the end, put them together with their nonfunctional hands. We literally see the ENDERMEN grab the remnant and bring it to the end.

Your theory make absolutely no sense. First of all, Minecraft Story Mode isn’t canon. Second of all, you are completely ignoring the Jungle Awakens, Creeping Winter, and Howling Peaks DLC’s, which obviously take place before Echoing Void. As stated by the game itself, the Ancient Guardian was originally a guardian (probably an elder guardian since, as shown in the concept art shown in a Q&A, brightening up the colors makes it have the colors of an elder guardian) that was corrupted by one of the Orb’s shards, and it was obviously defeated before the Vengeful Heart of Ender, since the ending cutscene states that be defeating the Heart of Ender, “the Overworld was finally and truly free from the Orb’s influence”, and it’s stated by multiple official sources that Echoing Void ends the Orb’s storyline. Also, nothing your theory ever explains were the Orb actually came. And I’m not sure if you’re saying that the Ender Dragon found the shards in the Overworld or the End, but if they were in the End, the Orb would not need to use the Ender Dragon as a host, since it’s able to regenerate itself and manifest a physical form once it’s in the End. And if the shards were in the End, they would’ve already transformed into the Heart of Ender once the Ender Dragon found them. There is also no spot on the Ender Dragon were the Orb can be, and her death animation is completely different from all of the other Orb victims.
