We all know that Foxy is a man of his smooth stone and the odd stone variant. You have all those red flowers, maybe a red color block pallet? Red Terracotta, Red Wool, Red concrete, Redstone Lamps. Color theme base? A challenge?

The reason why the items come out of the walls is because when you break the block and a new one is generated, the new block pushes the item that is an entity and it is known that when the items are trapped between blocks they tend to go up or through the walls.

The design could maybe be fixed by moving the lava to the opposite side of the soul soil, and leaving the lava trough in the current design empty. Since that empty area is also above the minecarts, new basalt blocks should push the broken basalt entities into the empty space where the hopper minecarts can still pick them up.

I built a similar trading hall. I used the pack that allows all trades to be visible so i could ensure all my villagers had the trades i wanted. There are 20 villagers per level, and 5 levels. Theres quite the radius on that zombie villager mechanic. The only other difference is that i chose not to turn this into an iron farm. I didnt have the patience to find spots for 100 beds....

Use those little nooks and keep adding villagers. Especially weapon and armour smiths. I did one of these and have 50 villagers

It was on SuperX that you last built a basalt generator. I know this because you built it right next to my Nether portal and didn't spawn proof it. I discovered this when I used my portal and was instantly killed by Piglins. Twice. Hurrah!
