Important Points: 1. Make sure to make this farm 100 blocks away from any bed. 2. You can add a roof above the zombie as it will prevent the zombie from burning. 3. You can also use slabs instead of path blocks. 4. You can use any working station instead of a cartography table. 5. I also recommend building it near a village so it can be easy to transport villagers, but you should break all the beds and kill the iron golem in the village as well. I hope this is helpful!

What's the purpose of the buttons and signs? i see iron farms utilize them a lot, but none of them ever explain the mechanics that go into it and im curious

ok actually im gonna guess the signs are there to keep the lava from spilling out and making cobblestone, but i am still curious about the buttons

We can't make path blocks from slabs so we put buttons on top of it to prevent iron golem spawning in the wrong place.
