Note if you bind the building gadget inventory to your cobblestone drawer, you don't have to carry any cobble on you as long as you're in the same dimension and the chunk the drawer is in is loaded. Or if you bind it to a drawer controller it can access all the drawers you attach to that controller. It can also pull materials from a Pocket Storage (the replacement for /dev/null in this pack) The three water wheels running at max output should give your setup 768su to play with, which is enough to run multiple machines at a moderate speed. I don't recall what the upper limit is, but you can also run more than three water wheels on the same line if you want to.

In the 17th episode (As I have already made the 16th one) I'll try to figure out how to bind the building gadget to the drawer. Last time I tried it... just tried using the drawer itself. Yup, I think I'll test out 6 water wheels. Might as well go a little crazy.

Yeah there's a bit of an oversight with the default key bindings but it still works. Since the bind inventory key combo also includes shift by default, it both binds to the drawer and selects the drawer as the block type to be placed. You can just re-select an ordinary cobble block as the block to be placed right afterward and leave the tool bound to the drawer.

Yeaaahh, I... could have bypassed that whole thing. I just didn't think to look in the chem stuff for the answer. : /
