For me, if you placed that endermite one block higher, the endermen won't be able to kill it . The endermen in my farm ended up killing the endermite when it was exactly in the spot shown in the video . But really great farm i gotta say

Since the 1.20.2 update, the endermen can reach higher. put the endermite 2 blocks higher, make the platform the endermen spawn on 1 block higher, so they can still see/aggro the onto the endermite, place leaves on top of the "wall of leaves", so they're 3 blocks above the endermite, so that IF the endermen teleport up there, they can't reach the endermen, and then place trapdoors all the way up the side that the endermite is on, otherwise they can get onto the ones you already have, and kill the endermite .. Honestly, I did go into creative to trial and error this xD Otherwise, I would have just built another, that doesn't require the endermite, but if any of you come back here for a fix, it's doable :D

just some tips: -take off thorns for the endermite, I accidentally killed mine at first -make sure theres a safe enterance/exit and I reccomend a door at the exit with a sign reminding you for elytra -make sure you cannot fall into the enderman pit AT ALL, I fell in and popped 2 totems and got down to 3 hearts because of entity cramming -for the chests you can extend that platform a bit and make them double chests for a bit more storage also this worked very very well tysm for the video

You put it one backwards, and then you put the leaves in an upside-down u shape above the minecart and then place three leaves on the top of the upside-down u shape(the three leaf wide part), which prevents endermen from teleporting there, but still allows them to see it

Tried this recently, and as many people say, the endermite does indeed die. *The easiest fix is to simply place the endermite one block further away from the endermen platform. The endermen will still be able to aggro onto the endermite if you leave a window with leaves around it.*

A little tip, you can make yourself an enchanting area right beside it. Just build a small platform with your enchanting table, anvil, etc. I also suggest having sweeping edge on your sword.

I would recommend bringing an extra 20-30 blocks because you will most likely drop some in the void I had to go back and get more blocks and it was a pain in the butt. It worked perfectly 10/10 would recommend I filled 5 small chests 1/2 of my inventory and 1/2 large chests in about 5-10 minutes

Wow, this really do work great! I did loose a couple of pickaxes and axes while building it by not respecting the endermen powers, but luckily not anything too valuable. A suggestion would be to spawnprooof the killing space as soon as possible as they are built from blocks the endermen can spawn on :) And also don't wear your best gear whilst building if youre a bit clumsy like myself, and also make a leaf roof along the path to the platform as you will undoubtfully anger the odd enderman when slaying so they don't come after you on the narrow path on the way back!

So ive built this farm at least 3 times and the time I built it today the endermen were able to kill the endermite. Im not sure if it is bc of the new 1.20.2 mob reach or not. but to fix it you just have to make the part with the rail and minecart 1 block higher then the endermen will not be able to reach it

I've been using this farm for a while now, but I've noticed recently that it needs an update (i think?). I've been having issues with the endermen being able to reach and kill the endermite. It appears that if you move the minecart one block further away, while still being boxed in by leaves (so long as there is still line of sight to the endermen) it still will work.

IMPORTANT: Raise the level of the endermite (on the cart) and the wall of leaves around it by 2. The enderman cant kill it. Just try it in creative before so you dont risk losing items or time. Good Luck!

tqsm i built this farm in my world and its perfect, i recommend you use a sword with the sweeping edge enchantment, sharpness also helps, my sword has max sweeping and sharpness IV. You also should place the endermite one block higher or the endermen will kill it. Its so easy to get to lvl 30.

One thing I've noticed is that this farm works just as well being built off the side of the End Island if you don't want to deal with the ladder heading down to the void. Just add some rails made out of bottom slabs on the side of your walkway in case an enderman chases you onto the bridge from the main island.

For those people who's endermen isn't spawning, make sure you count exactly 9 blocks to the left of the chunk border (as you start from the right as shown in the video). Another thing: MAKE SURE you're at the farthest part of the main island, ( meaning if there's ground below you, go from there and go tot he farthest point from the pillars). and MAKE SURE you're at Y lvl 0.

Builded this in an hour collecting items and building And the Endermite dies after few minutes So I stare down the Endermen so they come in the killing chamber 🤣
