How does it stack up against RLCraft?

@@ryloken6652 The Super Hostile Modpack is very different. We both use Tough as Nails and Ice and Fire, but from there we diverge a lot. In RLcraft you can die from clicking your bed and it spawning a miniboss on your face. In Super Hostile there is a lot of dangerous stuff, but the player has to go looking for a fight. Usually. :]

You died from choke effect then got hilariously bad luck because it used the Storm mod lightning attack right as you died, so it hit your death pile. You won a grim lottery. Your water breathing potion may have helped?

Something to note, red health bars will attack you, green bars won't. At least as far as I've observed.

I watched all your series on these maps probably a decade ago and played through all of the Super Hostile maps at the time. It took Minecraft to a whole new level for me. I was highly disappointed when it seemed that the game had moved on but the maps were not and I didn't see any more of them after a certain point. Glad to see they are back again. I may have to jump back into the game after being away for years and see what all I've missed.

Wow this seems very different to the previous Vechs maps you've played but it does look very fun!

one of the books you got was about electroblobs thats the magic mod vech chose. while i liked mahou sakai i was out voted. why you got burned by that scroll was because that was a unknown spell. when you get a unknown spell you can use an identification scroll(very rare) to see what spell it is or just use it and find out. Sometimes the see what this does approach causes side effects.

It's "say-ter-ess". Also, your stuff is deeper underwater. I believe I saw a nameplate as you were scanning the shallow shoreline. If you like difficult, you should check out The Underground, and Night Terrors. They're both legacy modpacks, so neither is worth recording, but they're fun. There's also Trippy... but the main reason that's so difficult is nothing is recognizable, and it's somewhat vertigo inducing... lol

Also the ants that don't move just STAY AWAY lol. if you try to approach them they hide. once you get a bow you can kill them from range. also like rlcraft the water can be dangerous so its not the best idea to go running there when your being attacked. the one drawback is the modpack itself doesn't have the class hat system so thats a bit of a disadvantage.

Mr. Paul. What are the list of mods you added in your minecraft?

at the point your at now i would avoid ants they are pretty tough. once you get better armor/weapons they are pretty easy to kill but not at your stage. The special mobs have different "buffs" in this case that ant had choke if you had ran away totally he probably would of not followed. right now i would concentrate on getting more hearts then better armor.

I don't know why, but I've never liked these mod packs that use those books that give you quests and then drop rewards on you. I guess I'm just old school where I don't want to every be pointed in a direction, or story-line. With so many of these mod packs that use these books, I kind of feel a bit railroaded and I just don't like sandbox games where I'm given quests and told what to do. I don't know why, but just getting instant rewards for completing quests just isn't my thing.
