Build tip: if you are pretending to build this ship like i did, do NOT make the mistake of building it way to near of the coast, build it from a place that you can actually see the interior of the ship, near a high place or something. It will look way cooler than if you where to look it from below

On my ship I left a scaffolding on the side of where you placed that stair with the table, inside the ship under the row of trapdoors, so you can easily climb out. Also added some lanterns which made it look pretty good. Thanks for the tutorial!

this was great, thinking about naming mine The Horizon's Edge! Note for future veiwers: when you build in water, there has to be one block of water between the surface and the first layer, although the portholes would be level with the water.

i placed two sails out of banners on each mast, each horizontal bar there has now an own sail. And because i made it floating, i placed the bottom most layer, that is shown here, into the water, that only the top face of theese blocks stick out a little bit. And than i added an exter layer below, that resembles the bottom layer of the hull: dark oak blocks and upside-down stairs for the keel and spruce slabs for the hull to tzhe sides of the keel. And than i placed an end-ship also floating in the water right next to it and noticed they are about the same size.

Am I late? LoL. This tute is so good. Very easy to follow. I don't know why there are complaints about being too fast or too slow but I think it's just perfect. And about the other half being fast forwarded, I just replayed how you built the first half to follow it on the second half. Although from what I understand, you "half" break blocks to point out instructions... but then it becomes inconsistent like it was a habit and/or you're doing it too long. I dunno but it became kinda annoying. Maybe try editing arrows instead? Or just tap the block two to four times... Amazing tutorial nonetheless. Earned a like and a sub!

Its a great build and a simple tutorial, but I sadly couldn't make it. I found it hard to replicate the other side of the ship onto the other side of the ship, I was hoping it'd go in depth to how to do the other side as well, especially since I'm a sucky builder.

@@Danny7 well you gotta, and TrixyBlox. He is building the USW a.k.a Ultimate Survival World. It'll be released once he is finished transforming the snowy mountains, the nether, and the end. He's transformed 9 biomes so far. Anyways, maybe you should build a jungle pyramid with interior. It's like a jungle temple, but in a pyramid form. Do the same thing with the desert. Not desert temple, desert pyramid with interior. Sorry about all the words. It's just that you are awesome, way to go on the restored shipwreck. Build a mangrove version as well, true there is no mangrove version of the shipwreck. But it's custom with crimson floorboards.

Tip for guys what don't build much: build it layer by layer in different areas so later you can connect everything in to 1 build and not waist 1 hour because of 1 mistake i made at the beginning

@@Danny7 I play on bedrock but I spent hours and hours exploring the ocean I think I gathered at least 15 🔵 from the treasure maps. I think it possible that slightly different versions exist in broken form that if put together would make a larger ship. I swear I've seen a ship that had two large section of trap doors on the deck and that one had a separate room on the front below deck. Ps After thinking about it I think I figured it out. The ships on their sides would have to be different. There is no way to build that ship on its side because it uses slabs, but one on its side could be made right side up. Pss Damn! You can't place doors sideways 😭 If you could figure that out and make a tutorial video I for one would be in your debit. Psss I see you've built one on its side already. Was that you being a good builder or something you copied (no offense meant)

It seems like missing 2 secondary wood planks and a lot of excess I would recommend building the ship following your own tutorials. I look forward to scrap more ship recks and even natural structures and rebuild them at my base

From the materials I have listed perhaps change them up so for example the spruce types you could swap with say mangrove wood and then the dark oak types you could swap with another type and use the two types in the same places the original wood types went

Bro im having mandela effect. Im tryna build it, bit this goofy ahh video is confusing. One time the whole floor against the ground is stripped and all the masts are built without the sails till the end

@@Danny7 for real lmao, when i first watched it, i finished the outer shell, with the captains coarters walls aswell. Then started to put the floor down, but then i realised for some reason you had stripped down the original floor planks haha, as i started to make up the masts. And when my masts got done, first mast had 2 horizontal logs, upper one 3 blocks to left, 1 block to right, and the lower one was other way around. The middle one just had the upper one hahah, and the one near caps quarters was correctly built XD. Thats when i got tired and started redoing it and noticed that the video had 100% changed (and fun fact i clearly renember, the one i first watched waited for the sails to be put when the whole ship was ready XD) and wrote the comment lol

Well obviously. These sunken ships wouldnt still have their sails, and most times they don't even have complete structural integerety. You can reasonably say for sure it's wool for their sails.
