Yeah it works best in a non-rhotic accent. However Americans can make similar jokes with their short o vowel instead eg. "stahap" sounds better in an American than a British accent due to the father-bother merger

Enderpearls can leave the world border, and you don’t take damage until a few blocks out. Only thing that can reach you out there are arrows and tnt cannons. Not sure if this is useful at all, but the only other person who might know this is etho? Also try pushing a slab into the border with a piston, then pushing another one into it
