This song hits home. Minecraft truly is and will always be my closest best friend. It has been there for me a lot in my life. I remember the first time I played this game, I was five and I went to my cousins house where he taught me how to play and we played for hours. It was there for me when my brother was just a baby, I would babble to him about how to survive and he would watch and giggle. It was there for me when I went through a breakup, it was there when I got my first trophy for band, it was there when I got accepted into art classses, it was there for me when no one else was. The first time I played minecraft was on xbox 360 in 2013. I'll never forget those people I played with, back then we were all just innocent kids and teens, roleplaying on high school rp servers like Dream Life City (DLC High) or FK Highschool (Fallen Kingdom High), and Creative plot servers like JDCraft. Back when Bedrock was Pocket Edition... Years passed and RP Servers and some Creative Plot Servers died off.. some of my old friends passing on into the afterlife. others just moving on, but those memories I made with the friends I played with, will forever emotionally, and happily cling to my soul. Everytime I hear the chord at 1:08 hit, I double over and grab my chest as It feels like someone had tugged on my heart, and it felt like it sank as I just cried from the nostalgia and rush of memories.... This is more than just game ost, It's a key that unlocks a door to nostalgia, memories, and far simpler times.

And now that i can actually buy it (well, ask my parents for it) i just dont want to, mainly because ive already experienced most of minecraft on the console, and i just dont feel comfortable enough to abandon the console version, its the one i grew up with, and i dont want to betray it, even though i know videogames dont have feelings. 8 years ago now, i started playing minecraft. It wasn't really just a game. it was my life. It didn't matter if me and my friends were playing survival or creative. It was just.. fun, i guess. We built a city, we weren't good or anything, we just tried. It went wrong so many times, but it was just hillarious. Never had an bad time playing it. Then, 3 years ago, i started playing rocket league and gta5 more. It ruined my fun in gaming. My friends and i broke apart a few months ago. Now we just exist as normal friends. The everlasting memories of my childhood are the only thing that's keeping me staying befriended with them. We're growing old. Gta5 ruined it all.
