Maybe it did...could be that concept pain simulator. it recognizes where you get hit in game and does something on your actual body. not sure what but there used to be one that would extract some of your blood everytime you got shot and you would donate it to a blood bank or something. did see the light of day for obvious reasons, the risk of people losing too much blood is very real
