The witch didn't give you fire resistance, the totem popping off did (which occurred at 3:50). Shulkers can also be transported using redstone flying machines (but rails are easier to see your destination trajectory in case you mess up the path construction). Also I thought that shader looked familiar. Confirmed by your response to an earlier comment, you're a fellow RVX user. Glad to see it getting some love here! When this vid popped into my recommended, it looked like some big channel based on the quality.
