I started by playing at a friends house in one of the Beta versions, but I didn't personally play on my own until 1.2. I have not regretted my decision, and I never will. This video shows the simple beauty of this game, and everything Minecraft is capable of now, and in the future. It is, without a doubt, the best Indie Game out there, as well as one of the best PC games out there.

I remember in 2010 when my dad bought me minecraft for my 8th birthday at that point nobody really knew about minecraft and I was really mad because all the other kids were getting Xbox 360's and here I was with a crappy windows computer, he recently passed and if there's one last thing I could say to him it would be thanks for showing me this amazing game and helping me meet new friends, love you dad😢

Like I said, the 'graphics' were not the main focus of the video, more the features. I did use 1.6.2. Doing it in each version would be meant, downloading over 40 server files, and setting up each one with hamachi everytime... probably would have taken easily an extra 10 hours to achieve. However, if I make an updated version, I may do it like how you described.

I joined Minecraft in 0.30 (Known as classic) I remember when the survival test was released, I loved it.

I came in at 1.2.5 , that about 15 versions, 24 if you count the snapshots (info from counting versions from the new launcher, from 1.7.4). I didn't think I saw so much stuff added in minecraft, there were a good amount of items added during my MC time.

A tear fell down. Even though it's just a game, I related to it a lot of good, fond memories. And the same world that I created in 1.7 - is still kept in my saves, because of the respect for the old lane. October 2011, but I had already played it the year before. I started out on classic mode and I was addicted. Minecraft is one of the greatest games ever. I'm already looking back on it as one of the original Beta players, having known about it during Alpha.

The thing is, throughtout the 'evolution of minecraft', many of the blocks have had new textures. I would have ended up using tens of texture packs, if I could even find them. I decided to just stick with 1.6

1.5.2 is my first minecraft version. 1.6.2 is first version i launched with mods, and my first mod is Flan's. I also used these shaders when playing 1.7.10 (and use these shaders still in 1.12.2 modpack)

I loved minecraft when it reached beta 1.8. That was my favorite version. Mow minecraft just doesn't feel the same as it used to. Especially with all of these new biomes, and plants in minecraft 1.7, and the almost forced RPG elements in 1.8.
