Just a random villager or pillager statue or big temple would be enough for me. Something, do something with this so called infinite world you have here Mojang. Put some good looking ancient ruins here and there with a few chests with decent items and give me reason to explore the world. I can see everything Minecraft has to offer after walking a few thousand blocks. The nether and the end are great additions, but still they are very empty, specially the end, and it takes a lot of time to be able to go to each dimension anyway. Building stuff and creativity is the only way this game have managed to get so huge, the actual gameplay mechanics and objectives are... Ok. But the creative possibilities are almost endless.

Yeah, the part where they build the moose/deer at 4:12 really gives it away. You can't really have multiple people build an organic creature like that with no template and have it connect right.
