I created a new world in creative mode and built everything there. Afterwards, I checked the block statistics to see how many of each i've placed. (Later I discovered that I could have just downloaded Litematica to automatically count them...)

I know the engineering/modding side of Minecraft isn’t always your bag but the create mod is pretty popular right now and seeing this with a working windmill would be amazing. This build fit right in with my survival base! I did change some things to make it fit more with the steampunk look I was doing. I replaced the stone with the new snapshot tuff, the walls with the snapshot chiseled exposed copper, and the warped part of roof with cut weathered copper. It turned out wonderfully!
