You can make a torch by putting stick and coal on the crafting table and you can also make a glass by putting sand on the furnace.

The black stuff is called obsidian and you need a diamond pickaxe to mine it and then you have to build a portal and you have to use ' and steel to light it to actually go to the Never.😮
