The girl eating noodles being wacky is a comedy actress on the internet and has appeared in a bunch of videos from Joel Haver, Cherdleys and Cer Spence (also her own stuff). The voice asking her to stop sounds a lot like Cer Spence to me as well. Her name is Mitsy. She's also responsible for that "three reasons why I wouldn't be a good waifu" video where she has blue hair and looks sexually ambiguous.

@@KittyChinchilla69 Yeah, she really nails the cringy parts, but what I like even more is how well she performs the subtle moments of clarity when her character briefly realises how tragic they are. Like in this one after the person asks her to stop you can practically feel palpable shame pour out of her expression and demeanour. There was one in which she plays a redditor's girlfriend (she's also a redditor) where their whole relationship is based on blurting out terrible Reddit injokes. At one point when they almost share a genuine intimate moment, which leads them to realise how empty their personalities are, and her face changes for a moment to someone who's painfully lonely but doesn't know how to fix it.
