When you were messing around with the minecraft spawner, was the spot you showed in the video the only place you used it? Pig spawners should only spawn pigs on grass, so it makes sense that it wouldn't spawn any when on sand.

I think they wanted it to be made from a rabbit foot, but then they implemented the potion of leaping, and well... It wouldn't work out. Although they could make so that their recipes differ a little, for example you use different "watery" potions for them.

The giant isn't really interesting as-is, but the Illusioner is basically done, and it's really fun to fight against, it could definitely appear in Mansions and/or Raids and it would be perfect

Illusioner building idea: They spawn in a building called an “Illusion” (for now, feel free to suggest other names for it) that only one player can see, hence the name illusion. Say you’re on a multiplayer server and you find that building, only you can see it and no one else can. There’s also gonna be chests with loot and lots of illusioners will spawn. For the biome it’ll spawn in, maybe plains but probably dark oak biomes. The appearance will change to a different structure on the outside (switching between mansions, outposts, igloos, etc.) and it will also change to dirt huts occasionally, but it will act like a Tardis. You go in and it’s a completely different building with unobtainable blocks and colours that are actually just regular blocks but with different textures and inverted colours because they’re like illusions. Any other suggestions are appreciated, I just winged this one so it’s not that great. Feel free to change the structure name or tweak it. Edit: The invisible for other players part also stops them from even being able to interact with the structure.

Actually no, if a horse is struck by lightning it has a chance to become a skeleton trap horse, and when a player is near the skeleton trap horse it will be struck by lightning again and become a skeleton horseman, which are skeletons riding skeleton horses, the skeletons will have an enchanted helmet and bow, if you kill the skeletons you get the normal skeleton horse you get in creative mode

Spawner minecarts used to work, we used them to summon mobs before we had the summon command. We would have a base spawner always attempting to spawn a spawner minecart in lava. That minecart would have to survive like 6 ticks before it spawned anything, but it would die in the lava before then. Then we'd pick up the lava with a dispenser, and boom! You could finally summon mobs with redstone

Spawner minecarts were *very* used back in 2013 for custom maps, and are very useful for placing blocks before the setblock command was added. Unlike regular spawners, multiple ones can be put on the same block, so they were easy to use for massive structures to be spawned.

2:50 meanwhile, the wiki also says how it only applies to *fishing* loot tables in current versions of minecraft, as the luck status is multiplied by the "quality" value of a loot table (which is zero for all loot tables except fishing). it also increases the number of bonus rolls on a loot table, a number which is _also_ zero for vanilla chest loot tables. from the wiki: Adds 1 × level to attribute generic.luck, making loot table entries *with a high quality score* more likely, and entries with negative quality less likely. It also increases the chances of bonus_rolls occurring. *Currently, only fishing uses quality.*

The most unused feature is located in the xbox edition (old). There were minigames with a special blowing block that was impossible to obtain without heavy modding. Nowadays, it's been replaced by a bedrock exclusive feature called air bubble columns.

Minecart spawners were created for custom map makers, as back in the early days of Minecraft custom maps were BIG in the community. A lot of the features that are only accessible with commands are properly implemented but strictly for map makers who know and understand what they are doing

Second, the wither is supposed to be a late-game, after ender dragon boss, considering it has more health than the ender dragon itself. 6:10 you need a better set-up/example. If your information is purely by what you had going, it should be noted that spawners can't spawn passive land mobs on anything except grass blocks. Similar rules apply; once a spawner is ready, it will keep attempting to spawn its chosen mob until it finds a spot that meets all the necessary criteria for that mob to spawn naturally. 7:12 this would be fitting for a temperate rainforest. Avian life in tropical rainforests and jungles are typically larger and... different.

There's actually one more unused sound, called "Affectionate Scream". That is the voice of Ghast, but no one knows what the sound actually for. You still can play the sound with /playsound command: mob.ghast.affectionate_scream

I think it's 100% functional but nobody actually cares about it because there's better ways to time command blocks than putting them on a railroad. That said, it should probably be, at the very least, a very easy and visual way to get the timing on your command block if you don't want to mess with a hopper clock, without causing unnecessary lag as repeaters would do. Actually, now that I mention, Scicraft does prefer rails to actual redstone dust for being less laggy in general…

For the thing with being kicked off zombie horses in water, that doesn't really seem like a bug as much as 100% consistent behaviour with all other horses, and just guessing, probably all vanilla mountable mobs. You can't remain mounted while in deep water is the behaviour, which is what you experienced. It's also true that undead horses sink, but it's just that both rules are true at the same time.

I do believe the killer bunny had a really low spawn chance in the 1.8 snapshots (and maybe even the full release, can't remember) but its spawning was removed eventually because Mojang doesn't want any animals to be fully hostile. Younger me was always scared to go exploring because of the killer bunny, no idea why tho lol

About the killer rabbits spawning occasionally suggestion: that's how it originally worked. It was a very rare spawn, but was eventually outright removed. I don't know why it was removed, since if it was too hard, mojang could have just lowered the damage instead of removing them from the game... anyways, there are some plugins that re-add this small chance back in, so if anyone has seen killer rabbits on a server, that's probably why.

Something they removed for a reason I don't get are structure tags in superflat customization. You used to be able to add "village" or "stronghold" as a tag, but they got rid of it. Also, customized world mode. There's a way to use it now I can't figure out, but why not leave it in while working on it? It was weird.

i don't know if you did other testing or research but I think the reason "spawner minecarts" only spawn mobs at one end is because they only spawn on grass and cant spawn on the sand as you had the rail set up.

for your demonstration of the pig minecart spawners, passive mobs don't spawn onto sand (except rabbit) so the place you show it in dosn't work as proof since the place when you say that it dosn't spawn is in the desert , where the place when you say it works is on grass, so where it should be working. I'm not saying you're wrong, just that the place you choose to show your point is probably the worst one since it dosn't show anything.
