Now I'm just enjoying these for fun. I love how professional and clean these are. Explains it perfectly for a beginner and not to mention learning more of how everything works and terms used

I’m so happy you’re enjoying them! The key to mastering this machine is knowing when to tweak the settings.

She answered everything I needed to know about the sensitivity gauge. I find the tiniest targets typically worthless but now I know to turn the sensitivity down.

These videos are very well done, Minelab couldn't have done it better. Even after the 19 months I've been hunting with my EQX800 the clear way in which these videos communicate are very helpful. Shorter learning curve than my V3i though I've had that unit since 2011.

Ytcoinshooter lol, I’d love to do more of these tutorials. It really helped reduce my own learning curve of this machine. When I first started to use the equinox I was lost.. coming from a Garrett and 2 previous whites machines, I found the manual difficult to follow. I decided to create the tutorials and share so others could have an audio visual tool to use. Thank you so much, I’m honestly blown away by these great comments I’ve received.. it makes the time and effort it took to create them worth it 👍😊

Thanks; I’ve had a steep learning curve on the “Nox 600 so this was very helpful. (Previously I have been using the Garrett AT Pro which seems much simpler to use.)
@RelicDirtyhands4 жыл бұрын
I can’t deny the learning curve was a long one for me as well but so worth it! The AT Pro is really different from the equinox. I can see how it would be a big adjustment. I went from an MXT Pro then mx sport to the equinox. I absolutely love this machine and it has impressed me over and over again lol..

@@RelicDirtyhands hy..for a correct gb how is the right level of sensitivity to select? Thanks
@RelicDirtyhands3 жыл бұрын
@@adam69ify unsure what you mean? Gb? Is that for ground balance? The right level of sensitivity for a new detectorist is one notch below stable. For an advanced user a notch or two above stable.

I bought the eqinox 600 today. Fiddled around in my back paddock for an hour. Found a fragment of rusty metal, half a tin can lid and a bit of metal foil. Great fun, but a lot to learn yet. I'm concerned about the charger. Will it damage anything if I use the wrong one please?
@RelicDirtyhands3 жыл бұрын
It’s recommended to use 1.7A @ 5V if you use less it can take longer to charge.

DrumnDetect For me so far was how the tone settings were dependent on each other. Target tones = tone regions to be able to adjust the tone pitch and you can also adjust the tone breaks.. 🙄 but I’m good now 😂.. some parts have been easier than others 🤪

Does equinox work well in a highly mineralized black sand-like here in the Philippines?
@RelicDirtyhands3 жыл бұрын
I’m not familiar with the conditions you have there but, at one of our locations it had a lot of black sand.. I was impressed as my other detectors couldn’t handle it but my equinox could..
