At school in the 70s we called those style marbles a "Spag" short for spaghetti. Very nice find. The M8 coil is a corker!

I don’t remember Spag, but I remember cats eyes, bird cages, cloudys and Tom bowlers… those were the days … The M8 is a beast!

Good hunt. Love the M8 coil. Have you put the marble under a black light. Some of the old marbles had uranium glass in them and will glow. 😁👍

Thanks for watching CBK! I’ll have to do that now that you’ve asked the question - not sure how old it is, but it seems like an oldie to me! The M8 coil is a little ripper, and as you well know it makes searching dump sites a little bit more productive that they’d otherwise be!
