If the actuator is connected to a control unit with a rain sensor fitted the actuator will automatically close during rain. We do not offer a control unit where battery backup mode also powers a rain sensor. I hope this answers your query.

Do you have a unit that works on 120V ? I have several awning windows that need new actuators. The wiring has already been installed 20 years ago. The control switch is 120, 120 for open plus a neutral to complete the circuit, and then another 120v to close, plus the same neutral to close.
